  • You need access to the Users and roles workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the records the person needs to inspect ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Users and roles.

  2. Assign Viewer when read-only access is sufficient

  3. Enter or review the records the person needs to inspect.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that write actions remain unavailable.
