  • Have the completed PDF, lease, execution date, and signer names shown on the copy ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Document layouts and completed leases.

  2. Open Documents, then Upload signed leases

  3. Enter or review the completed PDF, lease, execution date, and signer names shown on the copy.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that an immutable versioned executed record is retained.
