How do I create a document layout in LOXA?

Open Documents, then Document layouts, and select Create layout. The layout is available for document generation.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Document layouts and completed leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have layout name, document type, content, and fields ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Document layouts and completed leases.

  2. Open Documents, then Document layouts, and select Create layout

  3. Enter or review layout name, document type, content, and fields.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the layout is available for document generation.

The layout is available for document generation.
