  • Have current portfolio records ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Reports and exports.

  2. Run the report and review Properties, Units, Active leases, Vacancies, and Occupancy rate

  3. Enter or review current portfolio records.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the occupancy percentage appears beside its supporting counts.
