  • You need access to the Reports and exports workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have leases ending before the selected start date ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Reports and exports.

  2. Review the Overdue leases section after running the report

  3. Enter or review leases ending before the selected start date.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that each overdue lease can be identified.
