How do I assign a property to an owner in LOXA?

Open the property and choose the owner in the owner field. The property appears under that owner's portfolio.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Owners and money routing workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the legal owner record ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Owners and money routing.

  2. Open the property and choose the owner in the owner field

  3. Enter or review the legal owner record.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the property appears under that owner's portfolio.

What should happen

The property appears under that owner's portfolio.
