  • Have owner, property type, name, and address ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Dashboard and daily work.

  2. Select + Property in the dashboard action row

  3. Enter or review owner, property type, name, and address.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the property is ready for units and leases.
